Our Psychiatry Services

Psychiatry Services
Psychiatrists are physicians who specialize in the treatment of mental illness. Along with our team of advanced practice nurses, our psychiatrists offer comprehensive evaluations and management of medications as part of a multidisciplinary treatment team. Medications are not mandatory but are often helpful in dealing with symptoms of anxiety, depression, mood swings or psychosis. Our prescribers work with clients to develop a customized medication management strategy, which is regularly re-evaluated and adjusted as needed.

We have a large team of psychiatrists and advanced practice nurse practitioners who work closely to make sure treatment is effective and affordable.

Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT)
MAT for opioid addiction allows clients to regain a normal state of mind more quickly, avoiding withdrawal symptoms and starting down the path to recovery through education, counseling and other treatments focused on the behavioral aspects of addiction. Clients in this program are closely supervised by medical personnel, and ongoing medication needs are monitored and adjusted based on medical criteria and individual needs.
