President & CEO
Dr. Tracy Yaeger is a psychologist and President/CEO of Portage Path Behavioral Health. She has over thirty years of experience in community behavioral health with expertise in clinical treatment, executive leadership, non-profit business development, staff development, team building, and professional training. Prior to being appointed President in January of 2017, Dr. Yaeger was the Vice President and Director of Clinical Services overseeing clinical operations and services for twenty-five years.

Dr. Yaeger holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from The State University of New York at Albany, Masters of Arts in Psychology from Marist College and Doctorate in Psychology from The University of Akron.

Vice-President & Medical Director
Dr. Krimpuri is a graduate of the University of Akron; American University, Antigua; and MetroHealth Medical Center/Case Western Reserve University, Psychiatry Residency. In addition, she holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Plymouth State University. Dr. Krimpuri has training and experience in the treatment of psychiatry, co-occurring disorders especially in addiction and obesity medicine.

Chief Financial Officer
Jessica Bahry has served Portage Path for more than 20 years, providing strategic leadership across multiple operational areas, including medical billing and coding, accounting, and revenue cycle management. She currently serves as Chief Financial Officer, overseeing the organization’s financial strategy and operations.

Prior to her appointment as CFO, Jessica held the position of Director of Accounting for eight years and Director of Billing and Reimbursement for ten years, where she led key initiatives to strengthen financial performance and operational efficiency.

Jessica brings more than 25 years of healthcare experience to her role. She holds an Associate of Arts degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.

Vice President of Operations & CCBHC Program Director
Lynn is a graduate of Case Western Reserve University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Lynn additionally has an MBA in Health Care Management and Reform from Youngstown State University. Lynn holds an active license as a Physical Therapist Assistant and served as Director of Operations for a home health therapy company and skilled nursing facility most recently. Lynn has been in the healthcare environment for over 25 years and is excited to be a part of Portage Path Behavioral Health team.
